Waste to Energy
- The “waste to energy”-concept plays a major role in our company It is our goal to both prevent waste as well as to stop depositing the ever increasing amount of waste, which endangers the essential resource for survival, water. WETRO GmbH develops concepts to efficiently incinerate wastes centrally or in a decentralised manner and to transform the resulting heat into energy.
For instance, we’re asking the question whether it makes sense for a country without central heat provision networks to build centralised incineration plants, or whether it would be more sensible to pursue the concept of smaller, decentralised plants, to produce energy directly where it’s needed.
